This summer get ready for Northern Ireland's 1st ever Gin & Tonic Festival at our Taproom in Ebrington Square.
We will have a huge selection of London Dry Gins accompanied by house-infused gins...all complimented by our very own delicious tonic waters.
And don't worry, its not all gin - we will be serving our usual choice house beers, spirits, wines and apothecary cocktails.

Indulge in 15 incredible varities of London Dry & Infused gins, carefully distilled onsite by Head Distiller James to satisfy every palate... from our Rhubarb & Peacock Ginger to Morelli Cherry & Rose Petal and even Cucumber, Lime & Garden Mint.
Throughout the evening, enjoy live music performances that will keep you dancing and singing along.
Feeling peckish? We have pushed the boat out to collaborate with 2 fabulous local companies - Monto Chocolates, and Funky Cakes who will be serving their delights on arrival and throughout the weekend. Something more substantial? Then pre-order our mezze platters to sit and graze in the summer sun.
