Where can I park?
We are situated on Ebrington Square, the closest car park is the visitors car park attached to the square.

Alternatively there is on street parking available on Browning Drive or if you are coming from the city centre, Ebrington Square is a short walk across the Peace Bridge.
Why do you take my card details when booking?
The card details are purely to secure the table (like a hotel booking!), we only charge the card in the evene of a late cancellation or no-show. Therefore no deposit is taken!
Is there disability access/parking?
Yes, in front of the restaurant on Ebrington Square there are disabled parking bays – when you drive towards the square there are security barriers – please speak to a member of the security team who will be able to grant access to drive on to the square. We are fully accessible inside the restaurant.

Do you cater for specific dietary requirements?
Our menus feature allergen info on them next to each item, along with a key to help you. If you need any further info then please advise your server when visiting us. We endeavour to offer options for gluten free, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian diets with all our menus, please give us a call if you would like any further information 028 71 34 3336.
Do you have to order food to have a drink?
Due to our license we are permitted only to serve alcoholic drinks when purchased along with food. We know this sounds ridiculous but this is the current state of NI Liquor Licensing Laws!

What is your Sunday menu?
See our Sunday menu here. Our Sunday roasts are served from 1pm on a Sunday – once they run out they run out! Book early to avoid disappointment. We also serve a smaller a la carte to accompany the Sunday Roasts
Can I buy bottles of beer at the Walled City Brewery to take home?
No - again our current liquor license does not allow that!
How can I purchase vouchers?
Or you can purchase in the restaurant.
Do you have a max table size?
We are currently following government guidelines and are adjusting our max table sizes in line with these.
Do you have a time limit on your tables?
The time limit for tables of 2 is 1.5 hours, 3-4 is 2 hours, 5+ is 2.5 hours for bookings before 8pm, For bookings after 8pm, you can have the table until last orders at the bar - usually 10pm mid-week, 11pm Fri-Sat, 7pm Sunday.
I have gift vouchers that expired over the lock down period, can I still use them?
Yes, we are honouring all vouchers that expired over the lock down period when we were closed.
These are valid for a further 6 months.
Do I have to book or can I walk in?
In order to comply with current track and trace regulations all bookings are via the booking system.
I need to change my booking – how can I do this?
If you need to make any changes to your table then you can amend your booking via the Opentable reservation notification.
I need to cancel my booking – how do I do this?
You must cancel your table through your reservation notification within 24 hours of your allocated time. We can not accept cancellations over the phone.
In the case of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours) or a no-show then your card may be charged £10 per person.
What is the best way for me to make a booking?
We ask all customers to book via the Open Table website to gather full track and trace details in line with current government regulations.
Can I reserve a table outside?
We do not take reservations for our outside picnic tables – you must first make a reservation in the restaurant, then if a table is available outside then you can choose to dine outside. Please note we do not offer table service outside, you will be asked to come in and order!
I am booked for 3pm on a weekend, can I still dine?
Of Course! We will endeavour to take your order as quickly as we can so that you may relax and enjoy your afternoon!
What is your policy on late arrivals?
Typically, we ask that our guests notify us of their late arrival ahead of time, if you do not however, then you will have 15 minutes to arrive (In that time we will attempt to contact you to confirm your booking) else we will have to cancel your booking.
